What is the PEAK POWER PROGRAM?
Physical Education Academic Karate Plus Inner Power to give children focus and goal setting skills.

It is a three week course at $250 a visit for up to 4 30 minute gym classes
taught at the elem. school location.
Ther students will learn saftey skills, simple self-defese escape drills,
physical fitness drills, how to jump rope, how to improve the balance and breathing.
