There are neurons that operate (1) the sensory systems for data intake, (2) the decision-making systems in the frontal lobes for informational processing, and (3) the motor systems that facilitate actions we take or the movements we make.
The brain processes an average of approximately 40,000 pieces of neuro-stimuli per second. Each element gets dissected and key aspects of an experience are broken down into the specific traits, elements, and parts composing it. All informational contacts inside the brain occur through the transmission of neurons, where each neuron pitches in a single element that goes into the making of any given experience or single idea. Each of the deconstructed "pieces" is forwarded to a region of the brain that has neurons that specialize in processing elements of a specific nature.

Is Homeschool different for Girls?
We homeschool four girls, so that makes us wonder, is homeschooing girls any different from homeschooling boys?
Maybe not, but since we are still waiting for the birth of our son, right now we are focusing on educating our girls and this obviously has its own unique set of challenges, joys and opportunities.
We don’t subscribe too much to gender-based approaches to activities and interests. For example, our girls each have their own personalities, they do like to wear skirts and look feminine, but they are just as comfortable in their boots and overalls learning about the water cycle, gardening, doing 4-H activities, learning about insects and the food chain, and just about any other outdoor activity involving mud, grease or engines.
We don’t buy into the “princess” culture that the world tries to impose on girls these days, what with Disney princesses, barbie dolls, even American Girl dolls, etc. Our girls do like to play with baby dolls, but these are generic, not “branded” dolls that serve to satisfy their fantasy play of being mommies and caring for a baby.
In education we carefully choose the literature that the children read, staying far away from any character-based series (such as Bratz, my little pony, care bears, fancy nancy, etc) that caters specifically to girls. We rely a lot on classics in literature, but even those are carefully screened. Our girls do like some of the American Girls series, but we only recommend a few of the characters, such as Samantha, Addy, Josefina and Kit. This interest stems from a geniune interest that our daughters have in history, and from reading all kinds of biographies and autobiographies of historical figures.

2. are the judges sensing the outcome before the point is called by pointing to the fighter before the center ref calls the score for poins
3. are the timer and score table not getting the correct score ( it helps to have a group to keep track of your scores to eliminate any confusion, especilaay after a injury, warning point, or something that causes a distraction
4. allowing a clear hit that is visible to all judges to see ( keep your back to most of the judges0 à they cant call a point if they can’t see it

How to create a workout plan that works.Welcome to mastergriffins's black belt blog, I would like to take the time and mention that i think that this is a great idea for students, parents, kickboxers and instructors to stay in touch and exchange great info.One way to develope a plan is to start with your goals, and then work backwards to the front.
Meaning start with the final position goal and work back to today.Lets start with losing weight and increasing energy, first pick a reason to do both and create a lifestyle to encourage this new habit. Since most people eat out with people and eat alone with their "diet" food that dosent taste great, when they go off their diet, no one really knows when. Keep the portions smaller and more full of energy. You are What you eat, so eat foods that give you energy and maintain a Physical exersize routine of four times a week to get some great results. Pick stuff that is a challenge for you, but you can push yourself like Kardioarts Kickboxing at www.mastergriffin.com also try walking and stretching more throught the day.

Meaning start with the final position goal and work back to today.Lets start with losing weight and increasing energy, first pick a reason to do both and create a lifestyle to encourage this new habit. Since most people eat out with people and eat alone with their "diet" food that dosent taste great, when they go off their diet, no one really knows when. Keep the portions smaller and more full of energy. You are What you eat, so eat foods that give you energy and maintain a Physical exersize routine of four times a week to get some great results.
